Pizza Dough for Mini Bread Zojirushi



1 cup water

1 Tbsp olive oil

2 1/2 cups bread flour

(or 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour)

1 Tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp active dry yeast


Add wet ingredients to mixer, then add dry ingredients with yeast going last, on top. Choose DOUGH setting on machine.

After done, use right away or let rest for up to 2 days in fridge.

Split into 2 or 3 equal portions, rolling out on 12"-13" pizza pan.

Add favorite toppings such as pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, basil, etc.

Cook at 450 degrees for 8 to 12 minutes or done to your liking.
